RETURN POLICY         

All e-liquid, disposable products, tanks, RDAs, CBD, smoke shop and accessories sales are final.

Atomizers and glass replacements may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if: -Proof of purchase is provided -Item is unused and in brand new condition -Exchanged for like product.

Defective batteries and chargers may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.

​

Defective devices may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if: -Proof of purchase is provided -Exchange is done for the same product or the original purchase price is applied to a different device.

This policy only applies to manufacturer defects and will not be applied if the product has been misused or abused in any way. After 14 days all returns must go through the manufacturer.  Manufacturer’s warranties typically cover defective products for 90 days from the purchase date and require proof of purchase.  Warranty card and/or manufacturer’s contact information is usually found in the box the device came in or in the user manual.

 

We recommend printing or emailing a receipt. When purchasing a new device or charger we especially recommend printing a receipt and keeping it in the box with the manual and warranty card.  In the event that a receipt is not printed or emailed we can reprint receipts for past purchases, so long as the customer can provide the transaction number or the last four digits of the debit/credit card used to make the purchase.
